The Muhibbah Mural

AKZONOBEL, producer of Dulux paint, together with Low Yat Group and The One Academy unveiled the newly uplifted Riverwalk Village in Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, formerly known as Jalan Ipoh.
Themed Muhibbah, meaning “harmony”, the joint collaboration saw 118 students from The One Academy take part in the meaningful project aimed at bringing back the shine to one of Kuala Lumpur’s heritage areas.
This project marks the first time AkzoNobel Malaysia and Low Yat Group are collaborating in hopes of creating a better tomorrow for the Malaysian community. This collaboration is in line with AkzoNobel’s commitment to create more Human Cities around the world while helping the world’s urban areas to deliver a stronger sense of community purpose, pride and happiness.
AkzoNobel Decorative Paints Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei general manager Indra Laban said the initiative to paint murals around Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah was to bring life in a new light by creating a more pleasant, vibrant and liveable space for Malaysians. “We at AkzoNobel are ecstatic about this collaboration to transform an area that is filled with so much heritage.
